Who Is Awake Tonight?

On a silvery full moon night, Goddess Lakshmi glides across the sky to see who is awake. A cozy family learns that waiting together with love brings the sweetest blessings.

The night sky was dark, but the silver full moon shone like a giant glowing lamp. Goddess Lakshmi floated softly through the calm night air on the back of her friend, the friendly white owl. She looked down at the peaceful world below, where tiny oil lamps flickered in the dark. She wondered with a warm smile, who was awake to greet the starry night.

In a cozy courtyard, a little girl named Tara sat with her grandmother and brother. They were stirring a bowl of warm, sweet milk pudding under the moonlit sky. Even though it was late, no one was cranky or tired. They were laughing and waiting patiently for the special moonbeams to touch their sweet treat.

All around the village, the little birds were asleep in their warm nests. The fluffy brown dog was curled up near the gate, softly snoring. But Tara's family stayed close together, telling funny stories about stars and singing happy songs. Waiting felt easy when they shared it with one another.

Goddess Lakshmi glided down closer to the rooftop. She heard their soft laughter and felt the warmth of their togetherness. In a voice as gentle as a night breeze, she whispered, who is awake tonight? Tara looked up at the twinkling sky, feeling a gentle magic in the cool air.

Goddess Lakshmi smiled brightly and blessed their home with golden light and soft flower petals. She loved seeing a family that was patient, kind, and happy to be together. Tara took a warm bite of the sweet pudding, knowing that the sweetest blessings come when we share quiet moments with those we love.

Great joy comes when we wait patiently and share cozy moments together with those we love.
