Hanuman's Big Leap of Hope

When gentle Hanuman remembers his hidden strength, he leaps across a vast ocean to bring a message of love and hope to Princess Sita.

ages 5-7

Brave Hanuman and his friendly monkey companions stood at the edge of the sparkling blue sea. The waves rolled gently onto the golden shore, looking vast and wide. Everyone wondered who could ever cross such a giant ocean. Hanuman closed his eyes and took a deep breath, feeling his heart fill with love and quiet courage.

Suddenly, Hanuman remembered his wonderful strength. He tapped his feet on the sand and pushed off with a happy spring. Up into the bright sky he soared, flying past soft pink clouds and cheerful seabirds. The ocean sparkled beneath him like a cozy blanket of stars as he glided smoothly through the air.

Hanuman landed gently on the green island of Lanka without making a single sound. He made himself very small, just like a sweet little kitten. He tiptoed softly through peaceful gardens filled with colorful flowers and whispering trees. Hanuman searched carefully behind every leafy bush, wishing only to find Sita safely.

In a peaceful garden called Ashoka Grove, Hanuman found Sita sitting quietly under a big shade tree. He stepped forward softly, bowing his head with deep respect. He placed Lord Rama's shiny ring right in front of her. Sita looked at the ring, and a warm smile lit up her gentle face as her heart filled with joy and hope.

With a happy heart, Hanuman bowed once more and leaped back into the soft evening sky. He glided peacefully over the moonlit sea, eager to share the wonderful news with Lord Rama. Across the water, Rama waited with a warm smile to welcome his brave friend home. All was quiet, safe, and ready for a peaceful rest.

With courage in your heart and devotion to your friends, no distance is too far to bring hope.
